    AllCnHaul dispatch the parcel on the same day. User A does not confirm receipt of the parcel on AllCnHaul platform.
    After-sales Service Validity Period for the parcel of User A: End on the 45th day from August 1

    When you apply for after-sales service, please describe your problem in detail and upload photos of the packaging of the parcel as well as the products. AllCnHaul will process your application as soon as possible and reply with a solution (induding but not limited to refund, return, and exchange).

    2.AllCnHaul have the right not to provide after-sales service for your parcel if the logistics updates shows your parcel has been received for no less than 3 days.
